Our Photographic safaris are for the  photography enthusiast who wants to further their skills as a wildlife photographer. The safari is structured to be all about photography and lots of it, with plenty of hours spent in the field to develop the skills of a wildlife photographer.  Destinations are chosen for their prime game viewing and photographic opportunities. The key part of these safaris is the evening show and tell sessions with the group and their photographs, which is an ideal time to relax and chat amongst the group and review the days images.

• The safari will be structured so that the majority of the time is spent in the field.
• There are no formal workshops, but Photographic Guides will always be on hand for questions.
• Evening slide shows will be held for photographers wishing to part take, this will be a key element of the safari.
• This would be ideal for photographers that already understand the basics of photography and camera functions.
• Advanced photographers are welcome
• There will be a variety of themes within itineraries, such as the Great Wildebeest Migration, Predators, Landscapes etc.
• Number of people, no more than 4 guests per photographic guide.
• So our groups are small, usually 4 or 8 (note with 8 guests we would be two guides).

Destination Safaris

Our destination safaris will visit a specific countries at the best possible time to get the most photographic potential from those area’s. These safaris are a holistic wildlife photography experience and we will cover all the major wildlife area’s with in that country or region and not focus specifically on a single animal species or theme.

We all understand that nature works in cycles and that there are good time and bad times to visit different areas. The core of our photographic operations are based on having you the photographer in the right area in the optimum season without the crowds. Our Classic Photographic Safari have unique photography themes or a destination specific safaris, these are all planned with the photography enthusiast in mind.

Themed Safaris

By concentrating on a specific subject, we can plan your safari to maximise your photographic with your given subject. We will focus predominately on your chosen theme be it Predators, Endemics, Elephants, Migration or Great Apes. Which will enable us to prepare your itineraries for specific season’s when viewing these animals are at their best.
